Trust, flexibility, and short lines: the collaboration between Euroma and Brilliant
The starting point for a strong partnership
The partnership between Euroma and Brilliant goes back many years. Euroma has always been satisfied with Brilliantās products. When considering the future of the partnership, the goal was not to look for another supplier, but rather to further strengthen the existing partnership.
āThe products were excellent. We wanted to continue working with Brilliant, but there were some areas of the partnership that needed improvement,ā says Saskia.
As is often the case with long-term partnerships, there were opportunities to further improve processes and communication. Both parties saw ways to better align expectations, shorten communication channels, and make the relationship more personal.
Driven by a shared ambition, Euroma and Brilliant began discussions on how the partnership could better align with the day-to-day realities of a 24/7 production environment.
āWe actually sat down together to figure out: what do we want right now?ā
Through open discussions, clear agreements, and designated points of contact, clarity and trust gradually grew. This laid a solid foundation for the collaboration as it is experienced today.
Adapting quickly in a 24/7 production environment
With approximately 300 employees and a production process that runs day and night, continuity is essential. The right products must be available at all times, from gloves and cleaning supplies to workplace essentials.
That is precisely why speed, reliability, and short lines of communication are important. For Euroma, this involves more than just on-time delivery. Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly are also crucial in this continuous production environment.
āWhat do we expect from you? Fast deliveries, that items are in stock, and that you take care of everything for usāeven when thereās an urgent order.ā
When a product is needed sooner than planned, Euroma wants to be able to immediately reach out to a dedicated contact person who thinks proactively and can act quickly. According to Erik, thatās one of the strengths of the partnership these days:
āIf the delivery date seems too far off to me, Iāll discuss it. And actually, nine times out of ten, we can work it out so it gets delivered faster. So thatās easy, too. Thatās great.ā
More than delivery: proactive thinking and advising
Within a production environment, new issues continuously arise. An audit can lead to additional requirements, processes can change, and employees may encounter practical challenges. In such situations, Euroma is not just looking for a supplier, but a partner who actively thinks along about the best solution.
Saskia views this advisory role as an important added value. "If we have any specials, specific requests or problems, we can also call you."
The collaboration now goes beyond just delivering products. Brilliant contributes ideas for specific requests, practical issues, and product selections. It is precisely this combination of delivery and support that is of added value to Euroma.
Continuously improving together
According to Saskia and Erik, this is precisely the strength of the collaboration: a partner that not only delivers but also thinks along.
