Conductometry or conductivity measurement is one of the electrochemical analytical methods, also known as electroanalysis. In conductometry, the focus is on the ease with which electric current is conducted through a liquid or solution. Although conductivity can of course also be measured in solid substances, its use in liquids is the most common form.
