Ecolab Ultrasil 620 is a neutral enzymatic cleaner, exclusively developed for use in combination with Ultrasil 120 during the alkaline and enzymatic phases of the Ultrasil MembraneCARE 2.0 program. This program is designed to improve productivity, reduce CIP time, extend membrane lifespan, and improve rinsing.

Ultrasil 620 is suitable for cleaning micro-, ultra-, and nanofiltration systems and reverse osmosis (RO) systems in the dairy industry. In particular, cleaning filtration equipment used for whey concentration, milk treatment, and cheese making. Also for cleaning electrodialysis installations.

Ultrasil 620 is a neutral cleaning agent containing a combination of stabilized enzymes and wetting agents. Applicable under the application conditions described on:
Metals: Austenitic CrNi steel grades (quality minimum DIN 1.4301 = AISI 304).
Membrane material: All commonly used membranes such as polysuflon, fully aromatic polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl difluoride, polypiperazineamide, cellulose, cellulose acetate, polypropylene, polyetherurea, α-aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, and electrodialysis membranes.
