We're sorry that something went wrong with your order. On this page, you will find our digital return form and all the information needed to submit your return request. Return requests can only be submitted with a fully completed return form.

Tip: Did you receive a damaged product? Take some photos of the damage and upload them with your return request. This will allow us to assist you even faster.

Minimum order value Returns will only be processed if the total order value is €100.00 or higher. Shipments with a lower order value are not eligible for return.
Customer error If the error lies with the customer and we approve the return, the customer is responsible for returning the shipment. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Brilliant error If the error lies with Brilliant, the items will be credited. The customer will receive further instructions from our customer service department.
Returns after consultation Returns may only be made after prior consultation with Brilliant Group B.V. We kindly ask you to fill out the return form and send it to us. We will then process your request as soon as possible.
Time limit for returns Returns must be reported within 8 days of delivery. Shipments reported after this period are not eligible for return. After Brilliant confirms the return, you must promptly ship the item(s) to be returned so that they are received within 10 business days. Otherwise, the right to a credit will expire.
Special orders Items ordered specifically for you cannot be returned.

If a return meets the above conditions, a credit will be issued for the returned items. However, this credit will be offset against restocking fees or any charges imposed by our suppliers.
