Product description
Vikan 5694 12-liter bucket made of metal and X-ray detectable polypropylene. Equipped with a stainless steel handle, leak-proof spout, and suitable for food contact. Ideal for transporting hot and cold food products, ingredients, or raw materials. Equipped with various calibrated measuring units on the inside.
This hygienic work tool is food grade (EC) 1935/2004) and complies with various regulations including REACH (EC) No. 1907/2006), FDA (compliant raw material CFR 21), complies with UK 2019 No. 704, and European regulations (EU Regulation 2023/2006/EC of Good Manufacturing Practice).
Detectable and suitable for color coding systems
This metal and X-ray detectable bucket is available in five colors: blue, green, red, white, and yellow. By applying color coding, the risk of cross-contamination and pollution is significantly reduced. In addition, the use of metal and x-ray detectable materials reduces the risk of foreign objects to a minimum.
Usage advice
New material must be cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized beforehand (depending on the exact application and field of work), and all labels must be removed.
