This sturdily built dustpan is very easy to use by one-handed users while the other hand holds a broom. Emptying is just as simple as using it: the lid can be locked in place by pushing the handle backward until a click is heard. Unlock it by pulling forward. The recess where the lid clicks into place can also be used as a handle if users need to empty heavy debris.
