Vikan 4063 hand scraper equipped with ergonomic handle and manufactured from a single piece for extra hygiene and food safety. The soft polypropylene reduces the risk of scratching sensitive surfaces. The 102 mm scraping surface is sharpened on both sides; both corners are sharp and not rounded. This makes it extremely suitable for removing stubborn dirt, including pastries, chocolate, and burnt food.

This hygienic tool is food grade (EC) 1935/2004) and complies with various regulations, including REACH (EC) No. 1907/2006), FDA (compliant raw material CFR 21), and European regulations (EU Regulation 2023/2006/EC of Good Manufacturing Practice).

Detectable and suitable for color coding systems
