Vikan 4012 scraper suitable for loosening stubborn dirt such as pastries, chocolate, burnt food, etc. on smooth surfaces. The nylon blade is a good alternative to a stainless steel blade and can be used on sensitive surfaces to prevent scratching equipment and delicate conveyor belts. The hard blade is resistant to hot surfaces when used in intervals of max. 2 minutes at a time. Can be used with any Vikan handle or grip.
