Testoterm self-adhesive temperature strips are thin, temperature-sensitive stickers that change color when the temperature reaches a certain value. This makes the temperature strips ideal for monitoring products and processes where the temperature must remain within certain limits. Examples include moving or small objects such as printed circuit boards, and monitoring temperature during transport and storage.

The temperature strips are available in packs of ten. The stickers can be easily applied to the object you wish to measure. The temperature strips feature a temperature scale from +71 °C to +110 °C, divided into small white squares. As soon as a specific temperature is exceeded, the color in the relevant squares changes within two to three seconds. The temperature for the individual squares is: 71 °C, 77 °C, 82 °C, 88 °C, 93 °C, 99 °C, 104 °C, and 110 °C.

When the strips change color, this is permanent. Once a specific temperature is measured, the color does not revert to previous levels. This allows you to see that the limit values have been exceeded, even if the temperature has dropped again. This makes them ideal for storage and transport.
