The performance of the testo 106 core thermometer
The testo 106 core temperature meter features an NTC temperature probe that measures the core temperature of goods very accurately and leaves hardly any traces due to its thin and sturdy probe. The user can set their personal min./max. limits; an alarm immediately warns the user visually or audibly when a critical value is reached. You therefore see immediately when critical temperatures are reached. Also particularly practical is the automatic end-value recognition (Auto-Hold).

HACCP-compliant measuring with the testo 106 thermometer
You receive a probe protection cap with the core thermometer; this protects the probe against damage and the user against injury. We also offer an indestructible and IP67-compliant waterproof protective cover, TopSafe (optional). In combination with the TopSafe, the testo 106 becomes a temperature meter certified in accordance with HACCP and EN 13485. This allows you to perform food quality checks in compliance with all regulations according to HACCP and EN 13485.
