RIDAQUICK Soya is an immunochromatographic test for the qualitative detection of soy contamination (native and processed) on surfaces (swab test for hygiene control in production and laboratories) and in food (biscuit, margarine, chocolate, sausage). The test was developed for the detection of low amounts of soy (contamination).

All collection supplies are supplied with the kit. For testing food products, additional RIDAQUICK Soy Extraction Buffer is required.

LOD (Limit of Detection)
- On surfaces approx. 0.5 μg soy protein / 100 cm²
- Soy flour in wheat flour 0.5 mg / kg soy protein
- In processed food approx. 10 mg / kg soy protein (depending on the matrix)
