Reusable hot/cold pack

The reusable Cold/Hot Pack is used to combat swelling and pain during injuries and to bring it to the desired temperature. The gel remains pliable after cooling and heating, ensuring the packaging remains flexible and can be applied to the injury as effectively as possible. The gel retains its temperature for a long time.

Cold Therapy
Place the Cold/Hot Pack in the freezer for at least 1.5 hours before use. When treating injuries, cooling for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day is sufficient.

Hot Therapy
Place the Cold/Hot Pack in a pan of water and bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes at room temperature. If the Cold/Hot Pack is still frozen, heat it in boiling water for 8 minutes. You can also heat the Cold/Hot Pack in the microwave. Always use a cloth to wrap the Pack before applying it to the skin.
