With a renewable cloth junction, the pHep has a longer lifespan than typical pH testers. A standard junction will become clogged with use, and a tester normally has to be discarded as soon as the junction becomes soiled. The junction is 2 cm long and can be pulled out when soiled to expose a new section, effectively extending the lifespan of the tester. An easily removable cover provides access to the battery (CR2032 3V), allowing you to replace it quickly and easily. The pH meter comes with a protective cap, calibration solution, cleaning solution, battery, and manual.
