The MicroBio MB1 bioaerosol sampler is compatible with both a 90 mm Petri dish and 55 mm contact plates. The use of standard and readily available consumables at low cost with a variety of media makes the MicroBio MB1 an economically attractive measuring instrument.

Air blows through the metal head, which is equipped with 1 mm holes, at a speed of 100 l/min. The microorganisms in the air are captured on the Petri dish or on the contact plate. After incubation, the level of contamination can be calculated based on the number of colonies formed and the volume of air. Petri dishes or contact plates with different types of media are available separately.
