Weighing less than 135g without compromising safety. HardCap AeroLite is made using a lightweight EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) impact liner combined with a sturdy HDPE shell. All wrapped in a lightweight baseball cap on the outside.

Both the sweatband and the comfort liner are coated with Polygiene, an antibacterial treatment that acts as an internal deodorant and counteracts the development of unpleasant odors. Thanks to its hygienic function, it effectively prevents bacterial proliferation by increasing the freshness and comfort of the fabric upon contact with the skin, significantly reducing the risk of contact dermatitis. Polygiene holds a UK Class 1 medical certificate and offers a lifetime guarantee for odor control.

The integrated sweatband is designed to wick away moisture, allowing liquids to spread across the fabric, thereby increasing the evaporation rate. Large reflective panels are featured on the side of the HardCap AeroLite, enhancing product and user visibility.

To offer greater stain resistance, the outer lining of the stylish baseball cap is treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating, allowing water to bead and roll off the cap.
