Product description
Hygiena MicroSnap Total TVC Enrichment is a swap test with enrichment solution. This test for determining the bacterial count is the first part of the complete test. After incubation, the collected sample is added to part two: the Hygiena MicroSnap Total Viable TVC Count swap test.
How does the MicroSnap Total TVC Enrichment swap test work?
1. Perform a surface swap test (10x10 cm) or add a liquid sample.
2. Place the swap in the tube and activate it using the snap valve.
3. The test is placed in the incubator.
4. The result after incubation is added to the Hygiena MicroSnap Total Viable TVC Count swap test.
5. Activate the snap valve.
6. The test can be read using the luminometer.
- Preparatory swab test (part 1) for detection and viability of bacteria.
- Provided with enriching fluid for samples in and around food products.
- This test is processed using an incubator.
- The result after incubation is used in part 2 of this test procedure.
- For determination of the bacterial count or colony-forming units (CFU).
- Equipped with patented Snap-Valve technology.
- AOAC-RI PTM Validated for various types of food.
- Suitable for professional use only.
- Swap suitable for single use.
