Hygiena MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae EB Enrichment is a swab test with enrichment solution. This surface test using snap-valve technology is the first part of the complete test. After incubation, the collected sample is added to part two: the Hygiena MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae EB swab test.
How does the MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae Enrichment swab test work?
1. Perform a surface swab test (10x10 cm) or add a liquid sample.
2. Place the swab in the tube and activate using the snap valve.
3. Place the test in the incubator.
4. The result after incubation is added to the Hygiena MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae EB swab test.
5. Activate the snap valve.
6. The test can be read using the luminometer.
Note: This item is part (part 1) of a procedure and is always used in combination with the MicroSnap Enterobacteriaceae EB swab test. Both items are available separately but must be used together.
