Hygiena MicroSnap Coliform Enrichment swap test

The Hygiena MicroSnap Coliform Enrichment Device is a swab test using enrichment fluid. This surface test with snap-valve technology is the first part of the complete test. After incubation, the collected sample is added to part two, the Hygiena MicroSnap Coliform Detection swab test.

• Preparatory swab test (part 1) for the detection and counting of Coliform bacteria.

How the MicroSnap Coliformceae Enrichment works swab test?
1. Perform a surface swab test (10x10 cm) or add a liquid sample
2. Place the swab in the tube and activate using the snap valve
3. Place the test in the incubator
4. The result after incubation is added to the Hygiena MicroSnap Coliform Detection swab test
5. Activate the snap valve
6. The test can be read using the luminometer

Note: This item is part (part 1) of a procedure and is always used in combination with the MicroSnap Coliform Detection swab test. Both items are available separately but must be used together.
