SympaTex
SympaTex is a special functional textile that is up to 100% waterproof yet allows water vapor to pass through. The fabric membrane is approximately 5 to 25 µm thick (thinnest membrane in the world) and is coated with a so-called laminate on the textile substrate. The special structure ensures breathability. Unlike GORE-TEX products, the SympaTex membrane has no pores that can become clogged over time. It is harmless to health and friendly to the skin and the environment. It can also be recycled.
