Ecolab Ultrasil 60A neutral cleaning agent CIP

Ecolab Ultrasil 60A is an effective neutral buffered cleaning agent specifically for membrane filtration systems. It is particularly intended for pH-sensitive membranes such as cellulose acetate membranes. Suitable for microfiltration to reverse osmosis membrane filtration.

• For cleaning micro-, ultrafiltration, and dialysis systems.
• EDTA-free and widely used in the food industry.
• Effective for membrane cleaning in the beer and beverage industry.
• Suitable as a process cleaner for CIP cleaning.
• Stainless steel 304/316 is not affected; copper and brass may discolor.
• Aluminum must not be treated with Ultrasil 132.
• For polysulfone, polypropylene, aluminum oxide, and zirconium dioxide.
• Not suitable for use on electrodialysis membranes.
• Copper and brass may discolor.

An effective process cleaner suitable for CIP cleaning. Must be used in combination with special cleaning boosters from the Ultrasil range. Suitable for use in the food and technical industries.

Material resistance
Ultrasil 60 A is suitable at the indicated concentrations for all common membrane materials such as polysulfone, polyamide, polyacrylic nitrite, polyetherurea, polypropylene, etc. Also suitable for stainless steel and sealing materials such as NBR, EPDM, and Viton.
