Ecolab Ultrasil 160 membrane filtration processes

Ecolab Ultrasil 160 is an effective liquid alkaline cleaning agent for membrane filtration processes. It features good buffering properties and is free of NTA and surfactants. Widely used within the dairy industry for cleaning micro-, ultra-, and nanofiltration membranes.

Material Resistance
Suitable for all commonly used membranes made of polysulfone, fully aromatic polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polyvinyl difluoride, polypiperazine amide, cellulose, polypropylene, polyurea, aluminum oxide, zirconium dioxide, and electrodialysis membranes. For stainless steel, discoloration may occur when used on copper or bronze. Always read the PDS and SDS sheets before application.
