Ecolab Ultrasil 125 membrane filtration systems CIP

Ecolab Ultrasil 125 is a strongly alkaline liquid cleaning agent for membrane filtration systems. An effective process cleaner suitable for CIP cleaning with excellent cleaning qualities. Ensures good removal of limescale and is compatible with most common membranes.

Contains a combination of organic and inorganic complexing agents and is particularly suitable for membranes approved for anionic surfactants, emulsifiers, and alkali-containing components.

Suitable for cleaning alkali-resistant membranes such as polysulfone, fully aromatic polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polypropylene, α-aluminum oxide and zirconium dioxide. Supplied in a 27-liter jerrycan.

Also suitable for use on austenitic CrNi steel (quality at least DIN 1, 4301 = AISE 304). Discoloration may occur with copper and brass. Ultrasil 125 is not intended for use with aluminium and cellulose acetate membranes.
