Ecolab Topaz HD2 is a phosphate-free, highly alkaline cleaning agent for removing and emulsifying smoke residues and charred deposits inside ovens in the meat and fish industry. Features a foam structure with improved adhesion for extended soaking times. Especially suitable for removing complex, polymerized grease deposits and smoke residue contamination.
