The Salvequick 6496 textile finger bandages are packaged in a cardboard refill intended for the Cederroth (Salvequick) dispenser for self-adhesive bandages. The finger bandages are extra long, making them well-suited for wrapping around fingers. The patches can be easily pulled off with just one hand and applied to the wound.

The finger bandage consists of an evenly spread backing with an adhesive layer, with an absorbent pad attached centrally to the bandage. The adhesive is covered with a release-coated film consisting of two parts that partially overlap.

When the self-adhesive bandage is pulled out of the packaging, the bottom cover remains behind. Thus, one half of the finger bandage can be applied to the skin with one hand, and after removing the rest of the cover, the patch is ready for use.
