The unique lock mechanism is insulated and non-conductive to protect workers from electric shocks when the key is inserted. The lock mechanism features 6 precision steel pins for a wide range of key variations and tamper resistance. The locks are lightweight and resistant to shocks, extreme temperatures, chemicals, and corrosion.

The non-conductive and spark-free housing has a ribbed structure for better grip and ease of use. The key and housing are the same color, allowing for quick identification. Each padlock comes with 1 key (lock per unit) or 6 keys (5 units). Key lock (key cannot be removed from the lock until the padlock is properly closed).
