Alu-tec® aluminium toe cap
Alu-tec® technology: the new lightweight. Aluminium has not only been used as a high-tech material in the aerospace and automotive industries for years, but nowadays it is also found in many ATLAS safety shoes. The anatomically shaped protective toe cap made of aluminium is very light and shifts the shoe's center of gravity to the middle of the foot. It therefore actively contributes to preventing tripping due to a lack of balance. Furthermore, due to the thermally neutral properties of aluminium, no thermal bridges form inside the shoe. A pleasant foot climate is thus guaranteed in all seasons.

XP - metal-free penetration protection
With penetration-resistant XP technology, ATLAS offers an innovative system for protecting the foot against pointed objects, such as nails. This utilizes a high-tech textile material containing, among other things, aramid fibers. As a result, increased safety does not come at the expense of wearing comfort, as the textile is metal-free, extremely lightweight, and supports the natural torsion of the foot.

3D Cushioning System
With the new ATLAS® 3D cushioning system, you walk noticeably softer, without signs of fatigue. The basis for this excellent walking comfort is formed by the following three components: Pressure Relief. Cushioning. Dynamics. This is ensured by the perfect interplay of a pressure-relieving insole and the light and responsive MPU sole technology.

Aktiv-X Lining
Especially in daily work, under high physical strain, temperature-regulating properties are not only desirable but expected. The functional Aktiv-X lining guarantees maximum quality and innovative technology, and offers the wearer permanent, active moisture regulation. The functional Aktiv-X lining has a moisture-regulating effect and ensures that the shoes dry quickly. The lining does not bleed color, is skin-friendly, and resistant to abrasion. Furthermore, the lining is certified according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100.
