The Birkenstock Professional polyurethane (PU) clog A640 with steel toe (200 joules) has become a proven clog for all people working in kitchens and the food industry. The fully enclosed shape made of skin-friendly PU, which is resistant to external influences, and the compact design with the raised heel piece contribute to good protection for the foot.

The clog features the anatomically shaped, original Birkenstock cork-latex footbed. The footbed, which can be washed at 30°C, is removable. This makes the clog suitable for custom insoles. The clog itself can be washed and disinfected at 80°C, thereby offering a high level of hygiene.
