3M PELTOR Optime II Earmuffs are innovative neckband hearing protectors for use in loud, demanding environments and reduce noise levels by up to 31 dB. These earmuffs are worn around the neck and feature sealing rings filled with a unique combination of liquid and foam for low contact pressure, ensuring pleasant comfort during prolonged wear.

The Peltor Optime II earmuff can be worn in combination with other personal protective equipment, including, for example, safety helmets, safety glasses, respiratory protection, and face shields. Cushions and inserts are available as replacement hygiene kits.

For optimal hygiene and optimal hearing protection, it is recommended to replace the foam inserts (hygiene kits) in a timely manner. This prevents cross-contamination and ensures the attenuating effect of the earmuffs remains as effective as possible.

It is recommended to use hygiene kits for a maximum of 6 months and then replace them with new ones. If the inserts are dirty or damaged, they must be replaced immediately to prevent hearing damage. We are happy to assist you with any questions.
